In today's videos you'll get to see that sometimes the caterpillars stay still for a long time. They seem kind of like babies: doing a lot of eating, sleeping, and pooping - lol! (although we're not sure if they actually sleep, but their quiet time is usually in preparation for molting)

A butterfly's tongue is called a proboscis. It is tube-like, kind of like a straw, so they can sip nectar from a flower. Check out our facts sheet for more fun facts about butterflies!
