BIG NEWS!!! We woke up to two of our caterpillars hanging like a "J" ... that means they're getting close to molting their final skin and revealing their new chrysalis body! If you watch close on the second video, the little guy to the right does this right before our eyes!!!
By the end of the day we had five hanging caterpillars - two of them had become chrysalises. We're so excited that the caterpillars are moving into their next phase!!!
DID YOU KNOW?
It will be another 7 to 10 days of growing and changing, but this time we won't be able to see it! The chrysalides will just hang there and then when they're all formed a butterflies will emerge!!!
