Today we're sharing a super cool video ... see the caterpillar change, in real time!!! It molts (or sheds) it's final skin, revealing itself as a chrysalis!!

Different caterpillars have different ways of supporting themselves in the chrysalis stage. Some create a silk hammock that holds the chrysalis, some spin a silk cocoon straight to a leaf, and some even spin a silk loop that holds them upright (instead of upside down)!
